The Restoration Doctor was very quick to respond to a basement flooding during a recent storm. Very personable and knowledgeable. They were hopeful but also realistic and transparent. They were able to extract the water from the carpet in the basement and saved me from having to replace the whole thing. They followed up and stopped by every day to check on the progress. Our catastrophe started with the refrigerator leaking a little water and we called a local appliance company to help fix it. They misdiagnosed the issue and the leak led to massive damage to our tile, water crept into the carpet in the next room and also the basement of our house. We called the Restoration Doctor team this winter after we had severe water damage in several rooms of our house. I was extremely pleased with their work. They came promptly, kept informed every step of the way, and managed all communications with the insurance company. They had to do quite a bit of demolition and did it about as neatly as possible. I hope I am fortunate enough not to need them again soon, but they would be the first call I would make in a similar situation.
